Carpet Cleaning Services
Whether its nylon or polyester, commercial or residential, you will be amazed at how our very low moisture method gets your carpet cleaned. We pride ourselves on being set apart from the carpet cleaners that “splash and dash”. Our method is thorough and involves using two machines to agitate the fibers of the carpet. It doesn’t take forever to dry, we are reasonably priced and there’s no crunchy after feeling!
Hardwood Floor Services
Cleaning and Restoring hardwood floors is a premium service that not many in the Northwest Indiana market can do! We will gladly travel to your home or business, in Northwest Indiana as well as Chicago and the suburbs, to give you an estimate on the cleaning or restoration of your hardwood floors.

Tile and Grout
the use of a traditional mop on tile and grout floors doesn’t allow for the grout lines to be thoroughly cleaned. Over time, the grout lines darken in color and no longer look clean. Indy Fiber will come in with the equipment and chemicals to effectively clean not only the tile portion, but the grout lines as well.
VCT
VCT can look amazing when it is freshly stripped and waxed but maintenance is crucial for the continued beauty of VCT. Once VCT has been stripped and waxed, periodic burnishing should be done. Depending upon what is tracked on the floor, periodic top scrubs and recoats may be needed. And finally, sometimes a floor needs to be stripped and waxed once a year. Not only can Indy Fiber do all of this, but Indy Fiber can come out for free and take a look at your VCT and tell you what exactly you need for the upkeep of your floors.

Concrete
Although this is one of the simplest floors to keep clean, it is not entirely maintenance free but how much maintenance depends upon the traffic it receives. It also matters if it was properly sealed, maybe it’s unsealed or even painted or stained. Nevertheless, if you have concerns about the cleanliness of it and/or the maintenance of it, look to Indy Fiber for recommendations.
