HOW DO WE HANDLE POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEAN PROJECTS?

Indy Fiber will take an initial walkthrough (or a few) of the building project to understand the scope. Cleaning is typically priced by the square foot. It typically includes all horizontal and vertical surfaces, floors and even windows.
Scheduling is flexible. We typically like to do post construction project work in the morning, over night and/or during the weekends.
The owner is always present and onsite for management and scope adherence
Indy Fiber provides all equipment, supplies and staff
Indy Fiber will walk the facility with the GC or Client to determine if any areas/tasks were missed.
